What is deleted vs. retained
Deleted: your profile and personal data, AI assistant chats, preferences, points, and account notifications.
Retained temporarily: records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoice/transaction records) for the period required by law, then deleted. We may keep anonymized data for analytics.
