1. Refund window:
You may request a full refund within 7 days of subscribing, provided you haven't consumed more than 10% of the content.
2. Conditions:
- Submit a request through Support with a reason
- Fully consumed services are non-refundable
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days
3. Processing:
Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. If approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Exclusions:
- Fully delivered services (completed courses)
- Cash rewards and redeemed points
- Downloaded digital content
